Al’s seminars are accessible to all groups including martial arts clubs and associations, as well as corporate clients.
Seminar content varies depending on client requirements but can include any or all of the following areas of self protection and conflict management.

• Awareness & Avoidance Techniques
• Threat Assessment
• Target Hardening
• Line-ups and “The Fence” Concepts
• Restrictive Training
• Power Punching - Power Kicking
• 3 Second Fighting
• Grappling & Ground Fighting

Seminars are fun and enjoyable and available to all ages, men and women.

Women’s only classes are also available if preferred – although Al will obviously not be changing his own sex to deliver these courses.

Seminars are typically 4 hours in duration, but can vary depending on client requirements
