| CSP is proud to announce the launch of a new weekly Self Protection class.
Al has opened his doors to a new Sunday Morning Class. In order to maintain the highest quality of training and tuition, spaces are limited, so contact us now to confirm your regular space. Al is joined with his long time training partner Mick Tully, along with guest tuition from other associate instructors and friends of CSP.

Classes will be covering all aspects of self protection and the Real Combat System. In addition, Mick will be teaching Muay Thai, JKD, and Kali. Ultimately delivering what will be a fun and educational regular 2 hour session.
